Estonian economy grew by 11.6 pct in Q3

LONDON (AFX) - The Estonian Statistical Office said preliminary figures showed that gross domestic product grew 11.6 pct in the third quarter, against the same period last year.
Faster growth in wholesale and retail trade influenced economic growth the most, the office said.
Also a rise in manufacturing, transport and warehousing and construction contributed 'considerably' to the growth.
The Statistical Office said it will publish the GDP figures calculated according to the complex method on Dec 29. In both Q1 and Q2 this year economic growth was up 11.7 pct.[b]
