LOS ANGELES (CBS.MW) -- Software stocks remain likely to stage a December quarter rally and overall valuations remain "quite attractive," Lehman Bros. analyst Neil Herman said Friday. The strength in the sector over the past two weeks was a relief rally after results for the period didn't stack up as a disaster, unlike the prior quarter, he said.
