Invensys announces £2.7 billion Refinancing Plan
• Invensys today announces the details of a Refinancing Plan totalling £2.7 billion. The Refinancing Plan
is underwritten and consists of the following inter-conditional elements:
- £450 million (net) from the Placing and Open Offer of 2,187 million new Invensys shares at a
price of 21.5 pence per share;
- £625 million (net) to be raised by the issue of High Yield Bonds due 2011; and
- new 5 year credit facilities totalling £1.6 billion
• The Refinancing Plan will strengthen the Group’s financial platform, accelerate the improvement of
operational performance and provide flexibility in enhancing shareholder value through realising the
longer term potential of the Group’s businesses
• Appliance Controls and Climate Controls businesses to be retained
• Trading prospects for the Group remain satisfactory

Todas as empresas que num passado recente procederam a uma reestruturação da divida e aumentaram os fundos proprios tiveram boas subidas nas suas cotações.

Exemplos:
Hagemeyer, cotou no dia do aumento 1,20 esta a 2,28
Alstom a 1,25 esta curiosamente tambem a 2.28
Scor a 1,15 esta a 1.67
Jazztel a 0,2 cota agora a 0,35
Pararede a 0,25 agora 0,42.
