LISBON, May 2 (Reuters) - Media group Impresa's
first-quarter net profit should rise more than fourfold to 0.9
million euros, on the back of higher revenues from broadcaster
SIC, according to a Reuters survey of six analysts.
Portugal's largest media group had net profit of 0.2 million
euros in the same period last year.
First-quarter revenues are expected to increase to 57.7
million euros, up 7.6 percent from the first quarter of 2006.
Broadcaster SIC increased its audience share in the first
quarter to 26.5 percent from 24.6 percent in the first quarter
of 2006.
Impresa will announce its results after the market close on
Thursday.
Impresa trades at about 17.6 times 2007 forecast earnings,
lower than Spain's Prisa , which trades at about 19.69
times this year's earnings.
