Info:

DJ Staten Island/Oil Facility Fire -3:Propane Barge Exploded
MSNBC said that the Department of Homeland Security is investigating the incident.
A spokeswoman at the Staten Island borough office said that the facility is near the Outerbridge Crossing in the southwestern part of Staten Island.
TV reports said that the fire may have started when a propane barge exploded nearby.
Thirty-three fire units and 138 fire personnel responded to the "third-alarm" fire, New York City Fire Department spokeswoman Maria Lamberti said.
Fire officials didn't yet know what kind of energy product was burning at the facility, Lamberti said.
MSNBC reported later that New York Fire Chief Van Ward said firefighters will first try to shut off the flow of fuel at the refinery, and then tackle the flames.
He's advising nearby residents to stay indoors to avoid the smoke.
