Since the small rally in the first weeks of the year, CNBC and other reality challenged pundits have been riding the bull, thumping their chests while saying I told you so. The ironic twist is however, with major support levels violated Friday and Monday; the reality challenged bulls have found their bull is running through a china shop.
No Dorothy, we are still in Kansas, actually we never left. OZ was nothing more than a short-term bubble where no one, even the clueless who would not pay attention, could dream away reality and still make money.

Credit spreads rising, foreclosure numbers growing, corporate reports bleak or anemic, jobless claims growing, bankrupcies growing, the largest generation in history ready to cash out and retire, the economy of Japan in a deflationary spiral, the Argentine middleclass wiped out, Saddam. . . . .

My question to the bulls, where is the evidence to support your optimism? Being a realist, why would I paint my day sunny just because historically we have not had 4 or more down years in a row?
