Heidrick & Struggles nets $128.8 mln on Google warrants (HSII, GOOG) By Emily Church

LONDON (CBS.MW) -- Search firm Heidrick & Struggles (HSII) said it's exercised the warrants it held in search engine Google (GOOG) "and monetized the resulting shares" for net proceeds of $128.8 million. The recruitment firm obtained warrants to purchase 1.2 million shares of of Google at a price of 30 cents per share, which it received in 2001 in connection with recruitment fees
