Cramer: "Don't Mistake Intel for a Cheap Stock"

Eu discordo...
"Intel's expectations are now so low that you want to buy Intel." I got enough problems on my hands with my current position in Intel, I don't need to add to it.
Cumprimentos

“…and I don't like costing people money. I like making people money and saving people money.”

Cramer: "Don't Mistake Intel for a Cheap Stock"

"Maybe if we cut Intel (INTC:Nasdaq - commentary - research) expectations enough, then people will buy it. Maybe if we take the numbers low enough, then it will be attractive. Perhaps if Intel is selling below a market multiple, it will get a premium multiple.
Yeah, I hear this stuff all the time and it drives me crazy. I am not attracted to stocks that have declining estimates. I have never been attracted to them. I know many people want to own Intel because it is so cheap. I own Intel and I hate it. It drives me crazy that so many people want to craft a scenario where Intel is so darned attractive that everybody has to own it.
Let me give you the scenario where you want to own Intel. This is from an Intelaholic. You want to own Intel when expectations are low and demand is strong and getting stronger. You don't want to own Intel when expectations aren't done going down and demand is getting weaker. Those who try to tell you otherwise simply don't know what they are talking about.
Maybe I have been at this game for too long. I am no longer willing to listen to people who tell me that I have to buy Intel because it is at 10 times cash flow or that Intel makes too much sense because it sells at 16 times earnings. These are people who will cost you money, and I don't like costing people money. I like making people money and saving people money.
Until the business changes and we are buying stocks because we like to say we own them rather than because we want to make money with them, excuse me if I don't join the crowd "Intel's expectations are now so low that you want to buy Intel." I got enough problems on my hands with my current position in Intel, I don't need to add to it. "
