Pois bem. Um dado relativo a Junho, mas mais uma vez se denota a falta de crescimento nas vendas, afectando os sectores grossista e retalhista, aumentando assim as existências.
Com estas em alta, se as vendas a retalho não recuperarem, a produção / importação desce.

Já não acredito no crescimento americano superior a 3% ao ano. E se lá chegar já é muito bom.

U.S. June wholesale inventories up 1.1%

WASHINGTON (CBS.MW) - U.S. wholesale inventories increased 1.1 percent in June while sales were flat, the Commerce Department estimated Monday.
It was the weakest sales since May 2003.
The inventory-to-sales ratio jumped to 1.15 in June from 1.13 in May, the highest ratio since February.
In May, inventories were revised up to 1.4 percent from 1.2 percent, while sales were revised lower to 0.3 percent from 0.5 percent.
In June, inventories of durable goods increased 1.4 percent after a 1.9 percent increase in May.
Sales of durable goods increased 0.5 percent in June after no change in May.
Inventories of nondurable goods increased 0.6 percent in June after a 0.7 percent rise in May.
Sales of nondurables fell 0.6 percent in June after a 0.5 percent rise in May.
