LISBON, April 15 (Reuters) - Portuguese cement company Semapa has sold its roughly nine percent holding in rival Cimpor for about 250 million euros ($308 million), an industry source said on Thursday.
The source told Reuters that Semapa would clear 40 million euros from the deal and declined to name the buyer.
