Enviado: 6/4/2004 12:02"This is now a new low for the VXO. The most interesting part is this new low is coming while the major averages are failing to make new highs. It's taken less upward price movement to convince the majority that the worst is definitely behind us.
It means that the market is going to have a very difficult time breaking out to new highs with the VXO already at 13.88. That's just such a tall order. Yet.... such a low VXO is not necessarily signaling that the market is going to collapse here. We've certainly learned that lesson over the last year.
