"The Big, Bad Event discount moment is occurring, right now. And you can see the bets being placed.
They love the homebuilders because the Federal Reserve is more likely to cut rates if it could! Right now, they're torn on the banks because this jobs number means more good gains on the short stuff but nothing in the loan department. They are scared to death of tech, but see my first column this morning about how I think things will turn out there.

I'm buying.
The Big, Bad Event will be history in a few hours. When it's over, we'll have more cash on the sidelines than the sidelines can handle and the cyclicals and the techs will be rivaling the soft goods and the homebuilders for your dollars. "
