Analisando tendo por base o grafico postado anteriormente, quebrou a resistencia dos 150 $$

a proxima resistencia significativa parecerme-á estar na zona dos 163 $. Neste momento a Apple cota nos 158

EDIT: Já agora, parece-me que estes 158$ estao a funcionar ocmo resistencia no gráfico semanal ao que me quer parecer... Existe um cruzamento da MM20 e MM50 nos 165$ em que a mm50 com movimento ascendente, e a mm20 descendente

Agora está sobre uma resistência importante nos 149/150.

Se (ou quando) a quebrar pode ir por aí acima outra vez.

Mas o mais provável é que agora fique a marcar passo por uns tempos na zona dos 150.

3G iPhone Coming in Second Quarter of 2008

Apple is known to be very secretive about its unannounced products, and this trend isn’t about to change. According to Bank of America however, Apple’s next generation iPhone will be released sometime between now and summer of this year. The new iPhone is not to be confused with the recent announcement of the iPhone 2.0 firmware but is in fact, a brand new iPhone supporting 3G.

Highly anticipated, users have been asking for a 3G iPhone even before the release of the original was announced. According to Apple and AT&T however, 3G networks were not ready and AT&T has been rushing to upgrade its cellular network to 3G in the last year. Using technology based on EDGE, current iPhone users can access the Internet wherever they go, but suffer from slow speeds. 3G iPhones will potentially offer users up to 2mbit/sec. transfer rates.

In a report released by Bank of America analyst Scott Craig, Apple will have an major increase in iPhone product sometime in June.

"Our latest channel checks point to a significant production build of a 3G iPhone beginning in the month of June after an initial small build in May," said Craig.

This coincides with a previous announcement made by AT&T last year, indicating that its networks will be ready for a 3G iPhone release in 2008.

Despite mentioning a small build in May, Craig said that Apple’s production is by no means a small amount. Expected production levels are 3 million 3G iPhones starting in May followed by more than 8 million sometime in the 3rd quarter of the year.

iPhone sales have been extremely successful for Apple, having sold more than 4 million units to date, with an expectation to hit 10 million by year’s end. The phone has been so successful in fact, that Microsoft’s mobile development team is starting to poke around in the iPhone SDK. The software giant mentioned that the team is looking into ways where it can take advantage of Apple’s intuitive phone and growing user base.

Rumor: Apple Orders 10 Million 3-G iPhones

Digg founder Kevin Rose kicked off this week's Apple rumors by claiming a 3-G iPhone was only a few months away and would feature not one, but two cameras for the purposes of video chat.

Now Gartner analyst Ken Dulaney has joined in the rumor-mongering, saying that Apple has in fact already placed an order for 10 million of these second-generation iPhones. That's in addition to the 10 million v.1 iPhones Apple has ordered, he says.

While Dulaney doesn't give a specific timeframe for its release, he does claim Apple moved up its iPhone v.2 release mainly to help spur on iPhone uptake in places like Europe, where slow sales have been attributed to the phone's distinct lack of 3-Gness.

As it stands, Delaney's claim is also in keeping with another rumor. Last November, tech blog Sevenclick spoke to a manager at Spain's Telefonica, who said, among things, that while Telefonica and Apple had yet to reach an official agreement, the carrier expected to release a 3-G iPhone by May.

Here in U.S., AT&T has all but confirmed a speedier version of the iPhone will drop sometime this year and, for now, the main point of contention among analysts is simply when this will happen. Two camps have emerged: One that thinks the second iteration of the phone will debut sometime around the holiday season. Another believes May or June is the most likely date.

Não te esqueças que os mercados também estão a ajudar neste momento, e a apple tem sido uma acção que anda ao sabor do mercado.

É verdade, mas em principio agora os 130 são um suporte.

Não sei quanto tempo durará este rally, mas até acredito que para a semana voltemos a ter umas caídas, pois como a imprensa geral tem apregoado, estas medidas da Fed podem no curto prazo trazer uma recuperação aos mercados mas a gravidade dos problemas continuam a existir e acredito que o mercado vá fazer notar isso mesmo, talvez não esta semana que ainda se continue a digerir estas medidas da Fed, mas se calhar para a semana a conversa será outra, e caso assim seja com esta boa subida que a apple tem tido(bem como mais algumas) ficam numa boa situação é para shortar.

Hoje foi um dia bom para a AAPL, com maior significado porque foi um dia de queda generalizada dos mercados.

Quebrou decididamente em alta a LTD, mas agora está sobre uma nova resistência nos 130 e deixou um gap aberto.

É natural que nos próximos dias se retraia para depois voltar a atacar os 130.

Midas, em relação ao google não é melhor esperar pela resultado da MSFT/YHOO?? O google parece querer estar a expandir o seu negócio entrando no espectro rádio. Poderá ser uma boa aposta mas ainda estamos num período de indefinição em relação ao futuro. Pode ainda lateralizar durante algum tempo, não?!

Uma empresa que parece querer vir a consolidar a subida é a intel, com possibilidades de fechar o gap. Neste momento a amd ainda não lhe consegue fazer frente e o futuro parece ser promissor, com os novos lançamentos. Contudo, caso não passe o topo anterior, pode ser um problema…

A resistência está nos 145 dólares e os 130 efectivamente podem também ser considerados uma resistência, mas estou a dar mais importância à quebra da LTD. Veremos os dados do GDP se ajudam. A Apple e Google se tudo correr como previsto deverão ser umas das estrelas do Nasdaq100 já que a Google também anunciou umas novidades. Aguardemos.

LOS ANGELES, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Apple Inc (AAPL.O: Quote, Profile, Research) Chief Operating Officer Tim Cook reiterated to investors on Wednesday that the company was on track to hit its sales goal of 10 million iPhones this year.

Cook told a Goldman Sachs conference monitored by Webcast that the company had "really good confidence" that Apple would meet that target in calendar 2008.

Apple shares rose 3.9 percent in extended trade to $127.73 after closing at $122.96 on Nasdaq, up 3.2 percent. (Reporting by Nichola Groom, editing by Peter Henderson)

Tenho uma posição na AAPL na casa dos 120 e GOOG na casa dos 454. Penso que estas duas acções irão puxar o nasdaq100 para cima agora que finalmente quebrou o seu triângulo simétrico. Podemos ter um bom final da semana para estes 2 títulos. As acções da AAPL no after subiam quase 4%.

Atenção que a AAPL tem resistência forte nos 145 e penso que será um bom ponto de saída e abertura de uma posição short no papel. Quanto à Google estou à espera que vá testar os 500 dólares para sair.
