No Headline Call due to FOMC meeting today therefore no TCF Trade Setup recommendations.

Trade Setup Summary for Monday, December 8, 2003:
Sell 1064.50/ Cover for up to -4.50 loss

*Sell BreakOut and cover the short as market approches market closing time with no pullback.

Recap of Monday's Action:
Good Morning and thank you for joining with us today.

Monday was a difficult day to read in the markets as we had the typical December conflicting directional forces in play.

On our Headline Call we were looking for a strong move up that our indicators were suggesting would fade out later in the session and pull back. We had also issued a warning for a Bear Ugly type day which did not occur.

The market opened slightly lower with the opening 9:30 est candle/bar giving us an opening and BreakDown low of 1060.00. We were on alert for not just a Bear Ugly day but also the possibility of a situation where the market could have some bad news sprung on it creating a "sneak Down Bear Ugly" type situation. We got early signals to that affect, the market pressed lower but never hitting the exact B/D low, and then proceeded to move up later in the session carrying prices to the BreakOut which occured just 3 minutes before the cut off time of 1:30est.

Some of you may have not taken the BreakOut sell due to it getting hit so close to the 1:30est cut off time. We are recording the B/O sell as it was hit just prior to the official cut off time and we saw prices push up later into the close and the trade would have been closed out with an up to -4.50 loss. The market did not exhibit any particularly bullish characteristics in the High Five and in fact earlier there were strong signs that a sneak down Bear Ugly was going to occur.

Again, we are seeing these typical December/ Holiday period directional force conflicts and we can just do our best under the circumstances to try and squeeze some points out of this December trading month which is also very light on trading days.

Use Caution when trading the rest of this month and be prepared to stand aside on several or even many regular trading days if we are not getting clear signals for a TCF Trade setup. That is the strategy we are going to be following.

Today's Call & Briefing:
No Headline Call today as today is the FOMC meeting day for interest rate announcements. We will not be any TCF trade recommendations for today either and we will be standing aside in "position neutral" in the markets.

Bias for today is bullish but after the announcements we could see some volatility. Lately, volatility has been very light and ranges continue to be very tight with the 10 day average range under 9 points. The lowest seen in over a decade.

Value Area: 1,060.20 - 1,065.50
Watch this area for support and resistance after any higher early moves.

Buy Pivot Target: 1,063.00 - 1,064.00
No trade at this pivot target today.

Sell Pivot Target: 1,072.25 - 1,071.25
No Trade at this pivot target today.

10 Day "Pit Bull" Moving Average: 1,061.90
We ARE NOW ON CROSSOVER ALERT WITH THE PIT BULL.

You can see the "Pit Bull" slowly closing in on the current price zone area. When we see prices start to fall back this area will become an important pivot for determining if prices are going to move into the Sell Mode on the TCF Market Force indicators. We have not officially rolled into the Sell Mode yet as we are waiting for a large, down day to open up that direction. Such a move will most likely be tied in with a Crossover of the Pit Bull.

Pro Trader's Action
For today we will be not offering a Headline Call and standing aside in any TCF Trade Setups. We are closing in on the Pit Bull, 10 Day Moving Average, and should be crossing over to the Sell Side IF we see the TCF Market Force roll to the Sell Mode soon. This is expected anytime with a larger scale down day to open up the new mode.

For now we will just be patient, carefully pick the TCF setups going into the rest of December and wait for more volatility and range to give us more trading opportunities where we can get our 6-8-10 goal trades setup. Don't concern, they are coming. This is just typical confusing December action and will pass soon.

All the best of luck and success. Mohan
