Cramer atacando Ted Turner
"AOL in Overdrive on Turner's Absence"

"Someone wake up Ted Turner. He's not selling AOL Time Warner (AOL:NYSE - news - commentary - research - analysis) today. Was it because his buddy just got appointed to be the CFO of the America Online division? Is it because he's out of touch with his broker?
It's truly unnerving to know that the next three points of this stock are completely in the control of a man who has no respect for the stock or the people who run the joint. What should happen?
It's simple: Dick Parsons ought to call Ted and say "We will place your 120 million shares in a secondary. We will stop you out at $9." If Ted rejects it, so be it. At least then the company can say it tried to get its arms around the supply. If Ted accepts it, we could have a really good trade.
I have to tell you, I've never seen anything like this. Here's a stock that really is rallying because for two days Ted's been away from the tape.
Believe me, if he came back, this stock would be at $10 in a flash. It's amazing to me.
Why can't anyone at this company shoot straight? Why can't this company learn how to control anything, including its shareholders? Beats the heck out of me. "
