LISBOA, 13 Jul (Reuters) - O primeiro período de exercício dos warrants destacados das obrigações emitidas pela SAG-Soluções Automóvel Globais decorre entre 16 e 31 de Julho, anunciou a SAG.

Por cada warrant detido poderão ser subscritas 0,8 acções da SAG, com valor nominal de um euro e ao preço de exercício de um euro.

Transaccionaram-se 5.500 acções da SAG a perderem 1,63 pct para 1,21 euros.
