Nolan Gold Mine - Recent Drilling Expands Area Of Gold
Mineralization
=======================================================================

Silverado is exploring its Nolan property located in Arctic Alaska to
identify and evaluate lode sources for the placer or nugget gold
deposits the Company mines there. Some of the gold recovered during
placer mining is very angular and still attached to quartz and other
vein materials (click link to see pictures:
http://www.silverado.com/ausoilpr.htm), indicating that the source of
these placer deposits is nearby. Other gold is more rounded indicating
it is from somewhat further away. A possible source area for the gold
in the Nolan Placer deposits, as delineated by airborne geophysics, is
an area approximately 0.4 miles wide by 3 miles long. The Company has
labeled this area the Solomon Shear Trend.

PAST WORK:

Gold mineralized veins have been encountered during placer mining
operations. A sheeted vein zone sampled in 1994 on the Eureka Bench
area of the Solomon Shear Trend assayed 0.062 ounces per ton (opt)
across 6.5 feet. Three reverse circulation holes were also drilled in
1994 on a similar zone 2000 ft. SW, on the Workmans Bench area of the
Solomon Shear Trend, along a strike length of 200 feet. Each hole
returned 4 to 6 zones from 5 to 20 feet wide with minimum gold assays
of 0.01 opt.

The best results were:

---------------------------------------------------------------
HOLE NUMBER DEPTH INTERCEPT GOLD
(feet) (feet) (opt)
---------------------------------------------------------------
94-2 85-95 10 0.052 (incl 5 ft @ 0.087)
---------------------------------------------------------------
94-3 155-170 15 0.045 (incl 5 ft @ 0.105)
---------------------------------------------------------------

All samples in 1994 were analyzed by ALS Chemex Labs and final results
were based on screened metallic assays.

NEW DRILLING:

Assays are now completed from drilling on the eastern side of the
Solomon Shear Trend at a location about 4,000 feet ENE of the 1994
drill area. Results show gold mineralization continues in place within
the Solomon Shear Trend. Five Reverse Circulation holes were drilled,
only two reaching their target depth. The others were stopped short
due to drill bit problems down the holes. Samples were taken at 5-foot
intervals and sent to ALS Chemex Labs for gold and multi-element
geochemical analysis.

The following table shows gold intercepts in excess of 0.010 opt.

All work has been carried out under the management of Mr. E. Armstrong,
CPG, President of Silverado's Alaskan subsidiary.
